They are made out of 1.25-inch-thick knotty pine edge-glued boards—which are then milled, sanded, and given 1/4-inch-deep black groove cuts to separate each stripe and the union field. Once sanded and dyed, we finish each product with a lacquer of whatever sheen you would like. After all, it’s your flag, and you deserve to have it how you want it.
